Political Education and Learning for
Gender Mainstreaming Implementation

Ziel:

Ziel der Lerngemeinschaft ist es, voneinander zu lernen wie in den einzelnen Ländern mit Gender Mainstreaming umgegangen wird und wie die Implementierung aussieht. Projekte und Institutionen aus Dänemark, Deutschland, Estland, Griechenland, Island, Malta und Österreich sind an dem gemeinsamen Austausch beteiligt.

Ambition

It is the ambition of the Partnership to learn from each other in what ways Gender Mainstreaming is being dealt with and how it is being implemented throughout Europe. Projects and institutions from Austria, Danmark, Estland, Germany, Greece, Iceland and Malta are taking part in the joint exchange.

Die Seite der Transnational Learning Partnership bietet Diskussionen und Beiträge zum Thema Gender Mainstreaming und Beispiele für die praktische Umsetzung in Europa. Aktuelle Entwicklungen werden diskutiert, Beispiele vorgestellt und Modelle entwickelt. Das wichtigste Anliegen ist, gemeinsam und voneinander zu lernen. Links führen zu den Seiten der teilnehmenden Partner und anderen weiterführenden Webseiten über Gender Mainstreaming. Die Informationen sind in Deutsch und in Englisch abrufbar. Einige Bereiche der Seite sind derzeit noch in Arbeit.

The Partnership's website offers discussions and texts about Gender Mainstreaming as well as best practice examples. Current developments are being discussed, examples are being presented and models are being developed. The most important concern is to learn together and from each other. Links lead to the sites of the participating partners and further sites about Gender Mainstreaming. Information is currently available in German and in English. Some parts of the website are currently still under construction.

Zielgruppe

Die Lerngemeinschaft ist international ausgerichtet: ExpertInnen, WissenschafterInnen, Gleichstellungsfachleute, sowie VertreterInnen aus Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft aus ganz Europa tauschen sich hier aus. Interessierte Frauen und Männer haben die Möglichkeit, sich über Projekte in ihrem Land zu informieren und sich in die Diskussion einzubringen.

Target group

The Transnational Learing Partnership is aimed at an international exchange: experts, scienctists, specialists for equal opportunities and representatives from administration. economy and the civil society from all over Europe compare notes. Women and men who are interested in the subject have the possiblity to inform themselves about projects in their home country and to bring new ideas into the discussion.
